From a single stretch tent over catering to tensile canopies covering stage fronts, VIP and whole camping zones. We size the structures to your crowd, your site and the wind exposure, and we bring the engineering with us. Where do you work? Home crews in Las Vegas, Atlanta, Orlando and Nashville, plus travel teams for anywhere else in the U.S. Touring stops and multi-city routings are normal for us. Can we rent a shade structure and put it up ourselves? No. Our tensile shade structures are engineered systems and are installed and struck by DZ crew as a condition of our insurance. That is also what keeps them standing when the wind picks up. What paperwork can you provide for the venue or permit office? Certificates of insurance, engineering documentation for the structures and fabric fire certificates are available on request for your permit package. How do quotes and payment work? You get a line-item quote covering structures, labor and transport. A deposit holds the dates and the balance is invoiced around the event. We take ACH, check and card (card payments carry a processing fee). How far ahead should we book? Large builds need lead time for engineering, permits and crew scheduling, so the earlier the better.
